saslauthd configuration should use dpkg-statoverride

Description

Instead of creating directories in instalt/initrep.sh, alternc'spostinst script should use dpkg-statoverride to configure the permissions for /var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd.

saslauthd init script will then take care of creating the directory with the correct permissions during startup.

(In [1956]) use dpkg-statoverride instead of hardcoding config, because it will be replaced on saslauthd restarts. See: #1069. Closes: #684
